Egg Base

  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt

Cottage Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional, for savory twist

Instructions
 

  • Separate the eggs, placing the whites in a clean, dry mixing bowl.
  • Add cream of tartar to egg whites. Beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3–5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites using a silicone spatula. Do not overmix.
  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop mixture into mounds on the sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature eggs and full-fat cottage cheese. Avoid overmixing to maintain fluffiness. Cool completely before storing. Enjoy sweet or savory with toppings like avocado, cream cheese, or strawberries.
